Leo Bergen approached Mackenzie, telling her that they talked online. He asks if she prepared to give him what he wants and she says she is if he is prepared to get her into Harvard. Leo says he will try his best but Mackenzie stops him and says she knows who he is and what strings he can pull.
She had sex with Jerry, and delivered Jerry's semen-filled condom to Leo, who used it for a paternity test to see if Fitz is his actually his father.
