Lucy Riccio was Olivia Pope's secretary while she was the White House Chief of Staff. She also secretly worked for B613 while it still existed.

The character of Lucy Riccio is a minor recurring character in the seventh season of Scandal, portrayed by Caroline Day.

History[]

Lucy scheduled the days of Olivia Pope. When Curtis Pryce came to the White House to ask out Olivia, she didn't let him into Olivia's office to wait for her, instead she made him stand outside the office until Olivia came back. "Watch Me"

She took phone calls from Curtis and arranged time for him and Olivia until Curtis broke it off with Olivia.

When a package from the Smithsonian came in for Olivia, she gave the package to Olivia and also informed her that Quinn had been trying to reach her. "Vampires and Bloodsuckers"

Curtis Pryce became a threat to Olivia since he knew the truth about the assassination of President Rashad. Lucy called Curtis to meet her at a hotel saying she has information about the assassination. Curtis met her in the hotel room and a while later she killed him. After killing him, she reported back to Jake that the job's done. "Something Borrowed"
