Lisa Edelstein - born May 21, 1966 in Boston, MA - is an American actor, who portrayed Sarah Stanner in the second season episode Top of the Hour. Lisa is best known for her role as Dr. Lisa Cuddy on the FOX medical drama series House M.D. She married artist Robert Russell in May 2014.
She won the People's Choice Award for Best Drama Actress in a TV series in 2011 for her portrayal as Dr. Cuddy on House.
She authored, composed and performed in the musical “Positive Me,” which is one of the earliest AIDS-related theatre productions, at Ellen Stuart's La Mama in Manahattan. Lisa has been a vegetarian since she was 16-years-old.
