Alisha Francis was a Congressional Intern at The Hill who was a huge fan of Olivia Pope.
Season 7[]
Alisha is first seen at a store buying a gun. Her dad comes to Olivia Pope and tells her that she is a huge fan pf her but is missing. Olivia brings in Marcus Walker & Fitz Grant for their help. Olivia goes to Alisha’s apartment and speaks to her roommate. She tells Olivia that Alisha didn’t get hired while she did. Alisha was also recently fired by her boss and wrote and email to not “GFV” her. Marcus figured out that she was apart of “The Fresh Meat List”. It is a list of any attractive interns that work on the hill. They contact her old boss and he pretends to not know anything. They are interrupted by Marcus getting a phone call. They are then informed that Alisha bought the gun to shoot herself and commit suicide.
