Charlie calls Quinn "Robin" a lot. (I'm now early in Season 5, btw). My wife and I must have zoned out when that started and don't know why he does that. Did they picture themselves as Batman & Robin or some other reason.

TIA,

Hey! How is that Eli Pope is allowed to have a family?

During the first Grant campaign, Mellie goes and kisses Big Jerry and hugs him too. Shouldnt she be pissed off since he raped her before?

I'm needing any information on an animation that was played during this episode. When Quinn went to the storage unit to talk to the manager on duty to see if she could look at the security footage (around 22:23 minutes) - the manager had an animation playing on his computer screen that he was watching. I'm wanting to find out what this animation is called! Please and thank you!

Did Joe Morton ever play Othello at Stratford?

This week's episode had a lot of twists and turns, didn't it?

1. Mama Pope is actually a gun-for-hire who tricked Papa Pope into shooting down a plane. A plane that supposedly had a bomb in it when it didn't. That's right, close to 300 people died for nothing. That's just cold.

2. Papa Pope is no longer in charge of B613. Why? 'Cause Jake took over while Papa Pope was captured. The President of the United States had no control over this organization. He does now. (Evil Grin)

3. Quinn Perkins is no longer a part of Olivia Pope and Associates. I know a lot of people hated her guts, but I'm not happy about it. Did she betray them? Yeah, she did. Did she bite the hand that feeds her? Yeah, she did. Did she need to be punished? Yeah, she did. But you know what? Pulling out her teeth was just overkill, and Huck really didn't need to cross the line to punish her. I wonder if everyone else will give Huck a wide berth, so that he doesn't go Huck The Dentist on them. I'll always think of him that way now.

4. I wondered what James saw in his husband. Now I think he sees his husband for what he is, and will never really love him again. If James had just told the truth about the election rigging, this wouldn't have happened. Now he has to live with making a poor decision.

5. Clearly, Sally's murder of her husband is going to be the new conflict once they start airing new episodes in February.

At the end of tonight's show, Liv somehow realizes that her Mom is the bad one. What flipped that switch in her mind? Why did the name Marie have significance? And if her Dad was trying to "protect" her all this time as she says, then who sent that female assassin to her door to kill her? Remember? Jake ended up killing her. Jake said she was sent by her father. I am a little confused. Any thoughts?

So, in "Spies like us" they started to get into b613, but it feels like when Shodna Rhimes wanted to explore more of Huck's past, she forgot she wrote that episode. Maybe there is an explanation, but it does feel totally disjointed.

If Charlie wants the same "deal" that Huck got, then why is it that the leader of b613 Crosby knows that Huck is out free. Later on, its revealed that "Command" only knew that Huck was alive because Olivia found him. That doesn't jive.

Also, if Charlie needs a "deal" then why don't all the others, the professor, the mom, the doctor, etc need deals. Again, they are all former b613's out and totally ok with being "formers." And why do they need that secret analog channel if Huck isn't supposed to be out. rather je is suppsed to be dead?

If Huck is "spin" as in "spinster" then why did he get that nickname. According to later timelines, when he was deep in b613 he had a wife and baby son. Also, it appears Huck's social awkwardness came only after being put in a box, so it doesn't necessarily follow that he would have earned that nickname.

The all powerful, above reproach picture that Shonda Rhimes is painting of b613 NOW doesn't make sense with "Spies like us." If JFK tried to take down b613 which lead to his assasination, it doesn't follow that a hacker would be able to take it down, only to be thwarted by Olivia Pope blackmailing a DC lawyer. Where was Rowen Pope during "Spies Like Us?" You'd think he'd get involved, and Dr. Melvin Feen would have been dead before he could have ever talked to a hacker.

Should I just suspend belief or is there an explanation?

For those of you who don't know what a Complete Monster is, allow me to explain. According to a number of websites, a Complete Monster is a character that is pure evil. The Villains Wiki lists these as the following signs (paraphrased):

- The acts they commit are atrocious by the story's standards, and they have crossed the line where you lose any sympathy for them.
- Other characters react to them in fear, revulsion, or hatred.
- They are never put in a positive light.
- They have no justification for their crimes, they are incapable of feeling empathy, and they are unable or unwilling to achieve redemption.

Over 40 years ago I was in a production of "Suddenly Last Summer". The show was presented at Auburn University, the direcor was Robert Mooney (Debra Mooney's husband) and Debra playing the leading roll. I am wondering if this is the same wonderful actress that plas a Supreme Court Justice in Scandal.

Who did you select? Why did you select them? If you chose "Tom or Hal" do you think it was both or one of them, explain! If you selected "One of 'The Gladiators'" which one? Who? Why? Do you think it's more than one? If you selected "Other" who do you think it is?

Basically this Forum is to explain why you think who you think it is!
